When your business is expanding, you may have outgrown your current location. To be able to monitor your stock and to create sufficient space, a mezzanine floor offers a good solution. John Scott Works creates
prefab mezzanines that exactly fits your needs. Mezzanine levels are a smart solution for creating additional flooring space for your office, storage, warehouse or showroom.
What is a prefab mezzanine?
A prefab mezzanine is an intermediate floor and is made of cold-formed steel profiles that form the load-bearing force of the intermediate floor. An intermediate floor can bridge spans of up to 18 meters and has a maximum load of 4,000 kg per square meter. This makes a
mezzanine floor suitable for any industry. The floor is usually placed halfway up the wall on a floor which has a ceiling at least twice as high as the floor.
A mezzanine floor can be used for multiple purposes. For example, if you need a mezzanine for the storage of goods, you can choose to include a pallet storage space. With a pallet set-up location you can make the storage of your goods run as smoothly as possible. We offer various solutions for pallet handling, namely a pallet platform with safety chain and checker plate, one with tilting gate or with a swing gate and self-closing doors.
