A bit back we talked about the cost differences between moving to a new location or purchasing a new floor. A mezzanine costs on average between £35 and £60 per square meter. Of course the final price depends on a number of factors such as size, load capacity and accessories. But in general, a mezzanine is cheaper than relocating and comes with a few additional benefits:
✔️ Free structural calculation & free site survey in England
✔️ Guaranteed CE-marked mezzanine floor for sale
✔️ Installation and site management by our own John Scott Works employees
✔️ Quality powder finish in a RAL-colour of choice
✔️ Column grids to 18 meter, loads up to 4,000 kg/m2

Renting a new and bigger storage mostly costs between £40 and £100 per square meter, without VAT and then we haven’t even included the costs for energy, gas and water yet. In addition, relocation and acquisition costs must also be taken into account, because not every employee who works in the company might be willing to move with you. Bottom line: relocating is often much more expensive than a storage mezzanine floor.
